# Landing day · Devcon 8 Mumbai

Arriving in Mumbai for Devcon: the e-Arrival Card, eSIM, T2 to BKC by metro or cab, and the first hour at the venue.

Nowah is an independent travel app and is not affiliated with Devcon or the Ethereum Foundation. Prices are refreshed nightly for 2–7 November, two adults, taxes included, and confirmed live in the app.

- **Morning traffic flows into BKC, evening out.** From 9 to 11 am every road into BKC crawls at about 17 km/h. From 6 to 9 pm it reverses. Stay outside BKC and you ride against the flow only if you leave in the morning or arrive in the evening.
- **Line 3 is the only rail that matters.** Airport T2 to BKC in about 15 minutes for ₹10–70. First train 05:55, last 22:30. There is no metro on the west side, so Bandra West and Juhu are autos and cabs.
- **UPI works for visitors.** UPI One World gives foreign visitors a prepaid UPI wallet loaded at the airport or a bank branch. Autos, cafés and street food all take it; cash is for tips.
- **File the e-Arrival Card.** India's e-Arrival Card is mandatory and filed online in the 72 hours before you land. Have the confirmation ready at immigration.
- **November is dry and warm.** Expect 24–33 °C, low humidity by Mumbai standards and no rain. Air quality dips after Diwali fireworks; a mask helps on the Monday.
- **Autos are not allowed in South Mumbai.** Auto-rickshaws run north of Bandra and Sion only. South of that it is black-and-yellow taxis or app cabs.
