# Privacy Policy

Nowah collects identity, contact, financial, travel, technical, usage, location, communication, and marketing data as needed to operate the AI travel agent, process bookings, and improve the product.

## Categories of data

- **Identity** — name, username, date of birth, government ID for verification
- **Contact** — email, phone, mailing address
- **Financial** — payment details via processors, billing address, transactions
- **Travel** — passport info, loyalty numbers, preferences, bookings, itineraries
- **Technical** — IP, device, browser, OS, app version, crash logs
- **Usage** — features used, searches, clicks, sessions
- **Location** — GPS or IP-derived region when needed
- **Communication** — chat with the agent, support tickets, feedback
- **Marketing** — preferences and campaign interactions when you opt in

Clerk (auth), Stripe (payments), travel inventory providers, AI model providers, analytics (e.g. Amplitude), RevenueCat (subscriptions), Sentry (errors), cloud infrastructure, Resend (email), push providers.
