## How to apply

1. **Confirm the tourist VOA route** — Tourist visa is granted on arrival; no pre-approval is required for tourism.
2. **Complete the Traveller Declaration** — Submit the free electronic declaration within/up to 96 hours before arrival.
3. **Confirm the return ticket** — confirmed return journey tickets
4. **Present a yellow-fever certificate when required** — Present a certificate after visiting a Yellow Fever risk country within 6 days before arrival, including airport transit over 12 hours or entry into that country. Exemptions cover children under 12 months; travelers above 12 months with a medical contraindication documented by a registered medical practitioner; people with chronic illness and poor resistance; and aircraft/sea-vessel transit under 12 hours through a risk-country airport/seaport. Vaccination becomes valid from day 10 onward and gives lifelong immunity. Travelers who do not meet the certificate requirements are screened and, if symptom-free, granted entry under surveillance rather than automatically refused.
