Refund & Cancellation Policy

Bought in the iOS app: Apple handles billing and refunds. Request a refund from Apple; Nowah can't issue or block Apple refunds.

Bought on nowah.xyz: Nowah bills you through our web payment provider. Payments are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals, and you keep Nowah Pro until the end of the period you paid for.

Cancelling doesn't refund the current period on any platform, and we don't give partial refunds. This doesn't remove any refund rights you have under the law where you live.

Nowah charges your card for bookings and pays the supplier. Whether a booking can be cancelled or refunded, and for how much, is set by the airline's fare rules or the hotel's cancellation policy, which Nowah shows before you book where available.

• If we can't complete your booking after you pay (for example the fare is gone or the ticket can't be issued), we refund the full amount, including the Nowah service fee.
• If you cancel or change a booking, we refund what the airline or hotel refunds to us, minus any airline or hotel penalty. The Nowah service fee is not refunded, unless the law requires it.
• If the airline or hotel cancels, you get whatever refund or rebooking they offer, which we pass on in full.
• Airline refunds can take several weeks to reach us. We send your refund as soon as we receive it, to the card you paid with.

To cancel or request a refund, use the booking in the app, ask Nowah in chat, or email support@nowah.xyz with your booking reference.

• eSIM purchases are non-refundable, whether or not the eSIM has been installed or used.
• If an order fails and no eSIM is delivered to you, you are not charged, or we return the payment automatically.
• Check that your phone is unlocked and supports eSIM, and that the plan covers your destination, before buying.
• A free eSIM from Nowah Pro has no cash value.

Free messages, quest awards and other rewards have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money and aren't refundable. They are removed if your account is closed.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NOWAH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO:

• Refund decisions made by Apple, Google or Travel Providers
• Delays in refund processing by any third party
• Travel disruptions, cancellations, or modifications by Travel Providers
• Loss of messages or rewards due to account closure or program changes
• Any acts, omissions, or policies of third-party service providers

In no event shall Nowah's total cumulative liability exceed the greater of (a) the amounts paid by you to Nowah in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00). This doesn't limit refunds this Policy promises.

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Policy shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

For disputes involving amounts less than $10,000 USD, arbitration shall be conducted remotely via telephone, video conference, or written submissions. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

If any provision of this Policy is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, shall be severed from this Policy. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

This Policy, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Nowah regarding refunds and cancellations, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements.

Nowah reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Your continued use of Nowah services following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
