Bookings & trips
Confirmations, changes and travel disruptions.
Where is my booking confirmation?
Open Trips in Nowah, choose your trip and open the flight or hotel booking. Check its status and booking details, and look for a confirmation in the email address used for the booking.
A payment or pending booking is not the same as an issued flight ticket or confirmed hotel stay. If payment was taken but confirmation is missing, contact support with the booking reference before making another purchase.
How do I change or cancel a flight or hotel booking?
Open the booking in Trips to check its rules and available actions. For help with a booking made on Nowah, go to Profile → Support → Help with a trip, or email us with your booking reference, travel dates and the change you need.
Changes, cancellation fees and refund eligibility depend on the airline, hotel and the fare or rate booked. A request is not confirmed until you receive confirmation. For bookings made elsewhere, contact the original provider.
My flight is disrupted or I need help at the airport.
For boarding, gate changes or immediate airport assistance, speak to the airline or airport staff first. For a Nowah booking, also contact our team with your booking reference, departure time and what has changed.
Support is not an emergency service. If your health or safety is at risk, contact local emergency services.
Nowah Pro & billing
Restore purchases, manage renewal and refunds.
I paid for Pro, but my account still shows Free.
Make sure you are signed in to the Nowah account you used when subscribing and the Apple Account used for the purchase.
- Open the Nowah Pro purchase screen or your subscription settings in Nowah.
- Tap Restore purchases, then check your membership again.
- If Pro still does not appear, email support with your Nowah account email and Apple order reference. You do not need to buy Pro again to ask for help.
How do I cancel or manage my Apple subscription?
For Nowah Pro purchased through the App Store, manage renewal in your Apple Account.
- On your iPhone, open Settings and tap your name.
- Choose Subscriptions, then select Nowah.
- Review the renewal details or choose Cancel Subscription and follow Apple’s prompts.
Deleting the app or your Nowah account does not cancel your Apple subscription. If you cannot find it, check the Apple Account shown on your purchase receipt.
How do I request a refund for an App Store purchase?
For a Nowah Pro charge billed by Apple, sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com with the Apple Account used for the purchase and follow the refund request process. Apple reviews eligibility and decides the request.
For a flight, hotel or eSIM purchased through Nowah, contact Nowah support with the booking or order reference instead.
How do the yearly Pro eSIM benefits work?
The yearly plan includes up to three eligible eSIM benefits per paid membership year, earned one per international flight booked with Nowah. Open your membership or eligible booking in the app to check the benefit and available plans.
If an expected benefit is missing, send us the flight booking reference and your account email so we can check it.
Account & sign-in
Email codes, account access and missing trips.
My sign-in code has not arrived or does not work.
Check the email address you entered, then check your spam or junk folder. Use the most recent code and request another when the sign-in screen allows it. If you originally used Sign in with Apple, use that same option to get back to your account.
Still unable to sign in? Email support from your account email if possible and describe the error. Never send a sign-in code or password.
My trips or membership are missing after signing in.
Check that you used the same sign-in method and account as before. Sign in with Apple may use a private relay email. Different sign-in details can lead to a different account.
Contact support with the relevant booking or order reference and the account email shown in Profile. We can investigate; do not send identity documents or sign-in codes by email.
eSIM & mobile data
Installation, connectivity and order help.
Where do I find my eSIM and installation instructions?
Open your eSIM order in Nowah and follow the instructions for that plan. Before installing, check that your phone supports eSIM, is carrier-unlocked and has an internet connection.
Activation timing and coverage vary by plan. Read its instructions before installing or activating, and keep the installation QR code private.
My eSIM is installed, but mobile data is not working.
Check that you are in a covered destination, the plan is active and it has data remaining. In your phone’s mobile data settings, select the travel eSIM for data and follow the plan’s roaming and network instructions.
Do not delete the eSIM while troubleshooting unless support asks you to; reinstalling may not be available. Send us the order reference, phone model, destination and error message. Hide the QR code in screenshots.
Privacy & account deletion
Your data, deletion requests and content reports.
How do I delete my Nowah account?
In the Nowah: AI Travel Agent app, open Profile → Privacy & Data → Delete account. Read the information and follow the confirmation steps. Deletion removes your profile, trips, chat history, saved documents, payment methods, membership and rewards. We keep only what we must for open bookings, refunds, fraud prevention or the law, for as long as that requires. Issued airline tickets stay with the carrier under your passenger name. The app keeps a deletion receipt so you can check progress after sign-out.
Deleting your account does not cancel a Nowah Pro subscription. Cancel it separately in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. If you cannot access your account or a deletion is stuck, email support with the account email or deletion request number. Do not send the private receipt token.
How do I request my data or report a privacy concern?
Open Profile → Privacy & Data to see the available data controls. You can also email support with your request and the account email it relates to. We may need to verify account ownership before acting.
How do I report unsafe, inaccurate or inappropriate content?
Use the report option where available, or email support with the relevant shared link or a description of where the content appears. Explain what is wrong and include a screenshot with private details hidden if it helps.
For urgent safety issues, contact local emergency services. Verify visa and entry requirements with the relevant official authority before travelling.
App & technical issues
Crashes, loading problems and bug reports.
The app is crashing, stuck or not loading.
Check your internet connection, close and reopen Nowah, and check for an available app update. If the problem continues, open Profile → Support → Report a bug, or email us if the app will not open.
Include your phone model, operating system, Nowah version, what you were doing and the exact error. If a payment was in progress, check its status before trying again.
How do I speak to the support team?
Email support@nowah.xyz, or open Profile → Support in Nowah for support conversations and trip help. You can email us even if you cannot sign in or open the app.
Include your account email, a booking or order reference if relevant, and a short description of the issue. Never send passwords, sign-in codes, full payment card details or unnecessary identity documents.
