Does the split include the tip?

Yes. Pick a tip percentage (or type your own) and each share is worked out on the total including tip, rounded to the currency’s smallest unit.

What does “round up each share” do?

It rounds every person’s share up to a whole number so cash changes hands cleanly. The calculator tells you how much extra that collects — it goes to the server as a little more tip.

Can I split unevenly, by item?

This page splits evenly. For itemised splits across a whole trip — who paid what, who owes whom, settle-up links — use the Trip Tab inside the Nowah app.

Which currencies can I use?

Any of the common travel currencies in the picker. Zero-decimal currencies like yen and won round to whole units automatically.
