Good to know

• Czech citizens are EU citizens and must be assessed under free-movement rules, not third-country Schengen visa-waiver rules.
• The 90-days-in-180-days limit, third-country passport-validity rules, funds requirements, return-ticket requirements, employment prohibitions, and EES biometrics do not apply to this EU-citizen route.
• EU citizens do not need a residence permit after entering Germany; the German Foreign Office states that a general local registration obligation remains.
• An EU citizen may stay longer than three months when exercising applicable free-movement rights; no absolute tourist-route maximum is established here.
